Step 2 of 4. Discovery call
30-minute discovery call to scope the pilot. We learn about your routes, machines, geography, target placement profile, and current placement bottleneck. You learn how we make calls and what counts as a held appointment.
Step 3 of 4. Pilot kickoff
Stripe-tokenized zero-deposit checkout, caller assignment from your named team, and first appointments scheduled within 4–6 weeks. Customer portal opens with the campaign brief, scripts, and live appointment calendar.
Step 4 of 4. Pay on held appointment
When an appointment is held to the published rubric, the metered Stripe charge fires. Portal updates with the call recording and transcript. Replacement appointments for any rubric-failed meetings come at no charge.
