Why there are no survival numbers in this note
This is a progress note, not a Survival Report. HLM publishes cohort survival data on a fixed floor: no slice is released below ten operators, and that floor is enforced in the database itself rather than by editorial discretion — a slice under the threshold does not exist to be published. Until the pilot cohort clears that bar, the honest number is no number.
